CORE PROGRAMS
FINANCIAL LITERACY
It is critical that young African American males start early by understanding money, investing and saving. The Unforgotten First Foundation will share these key principles with our children. They will get an understanding of these no matter how much or little money you make, the key will be to follow three principles. Understanding Money Investing Saving.

CONFLICT RESOLUTION
Many young African American males are experiencing violent events in their neighborhoods. They live in fear of the violent situations that can have an impact on their mental health and psychological development.
The Unforgotten First Foundation will teach our young African American males that you can have a dispute. You can have a debate. We will give them the tools and skill set to have these healthy debates without leading to gun violence.

MENTORING
Of all the challenges that face young African American males today is the challenge of them staying motivated and empowered.
If you talk to many educators they will tell you they have run out of ideas on how to keep young black male students focused and inspired.
50% of black children in the United States live in homes without a father figure. These young black males have no direction, leadership or structure.
The mentoring program that was developed by The Unforgotten First Foundation will teach what it takes and mean to be a man.
The program will strive to show our students a strong sense of purpose for achieving in school. We will focus on a variety of topics including entrepreneurship, goal setting, leadership, parenting, relationships, community development and more.
This program will help change our young black males vision for their lives.

HEALTHY LIVING AND WELLNESS
The Unforgotten First Foundation will use health and wellness as a guide to teach our young African American young males about nutrition and physical activity to ensure they are living a healthy life.
It is well established that Healthy Living and Wellness in underserved communities can reduce many factors that lead to chronic diseases.
The program that TUFF has implemented will ensure that young black males understand the importance of diet, nutrition and physical activity. All of these factors will contribute to their healthy life style and overall success.
